With years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Anthony built McQuality Homes around a simple belief: quality work should come with honesty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the people you serve.

As a husband, father, and Prescott native, Anthony understands that a home is more than just a structure—it’s where families grow, memories are made, and life happens. That perspective carries into every project McQuality Homes takes on, whether it’s a new custom home, a remodel, roofing project, or another improvement to a family’s property.

Anthony started McQuality Homes with the goal of building a company his family could be proud of and his community could trust. He takes pride in being personally invested in the work, building lasting relationships with customers, and treating every home with the same care and attention he would give his own.

Elijah McQuality

Elijah, Anthony’s twin brother, plays an important role in helping run the day-to-day operations of McQuality Homes. Working closely alongside Anthony, he helps oversee projects, coordinate crews, manage jobsite details, and ensure each project stays on track from start to finish.

With hands-on construction experience and a strong attention to detail, Elijah is involved throughout the building process and helps maintain the quality of workmanship McQuality Homes expects on every job. His dependable, straightforward approach helps keep communication clear between the team, subcontractors, and clients.

Whether he’s coordinating work behind the scenes or working directly on a jobsite, Elijah takes pride in making sure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the standard clients expect from McQuality Homes.

Alyssa McQuality

Alyssa, Anthony’s wife, helps bring the family side of the business to life. A Prescott native herself, she shares the same strong connection to the community and passion for building a company rooted in family, trust, and genuine relationships.

Alyssa works behind the scenes and directly with customers, helping manage customer communication, scheduling, and much more. Often one of the first points of contact for McQuality Homes, she takes pride in making sure customers feel heard, valued, and confident from their very first interaction with the company. Her thoughtful, approachable communication helps make a complicated process feel more manageable.

As both a business owner and mother, she is passionate about helping McQuality Homes continue to grow while never losing the personal, small-town experience that sets a family-owned company apart.
